TERMS OF SERVICES

1. GENERAL TERMS
There will be 5 available slots. If you want a commission but the slots are full, you will be placed on a waitlist.
Commissions are first come first serve. I will notify you when I am working on your commission!
Please be respectful! I have the right to decline the commission if there is any rude behavior!
Communication is mainly through insta, discord, and email!You can not use any of my art for NFT/AI nor sell it for NFT purposes!!!2. PAYMENT
Payment is when I send you a sketch
Venmo + Paypal (USD) Cash + IDV echoes
Please make sure you have your money ready before commissioning! There will be no refunds, so please double triple check before you commission!
If you are on the waitlist and wish to change your mind, please let me know before it gets to your turn! I will post updates on my story and DM you when you are up next3. PROCESS
Provide visual references if you can
I will send updates when I can, commissioners can ask for updates whenever but please do not rush!
Commissioners can ask to change/adjust things after the first WIP is sent
Comms can take 1-2 weeks or a month or two depending on outside factors such as school, family, etc.
If there is an event, I will notify you as soon as possible4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
After a commission is completed, only minor alterations, such as minor coloring/marking errors, are allowed; significant alterations are not permitted without additional payment.
This includes an outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, backdrop change, or anything else that necessitates a complete redraw.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself in any location or site.
If you do not want me to post your commissioned art, please tell me beforehand!
The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for ONLY personal use with proper credit to the artist.The completed commission will be sent through by email or discord for the best quality possible
